One time I went insane. Truly. I saw visions. Demons. And things I wish I could unsee. Long story. Started with covid. I got better. Then I started to analyze what I had seen during my psychosis.
Much of it was representational. Much of it was archetypes. Much of it was real but not. Like my mind lost its filter and it started setting patterns that needed to be represented through the archetypes because there was no other way to see it.
I read accounts of those who had tried dmt, or mushrooms. I've never done any of those. But I realized that much of what I saw was the same as those accounts. Like I had a layer of the simulation peeled back and could peer beyond the surface.
I saw religion as a dark tool to control the masses, sending out waves of energy to control us. I saw how it sucks the soul out and replaced it with something different over time. I looked out the window of my hospital room and could see the church spires sending out that energy. I saw a Mormon temple like the dark tower of Sauron, it's evil eye at the peak.
Tbh, the main thing I understood while in that state that I've never gotten over is the archetype around women that my mind perceived.
The destroyer of worlds, trapping men, demons sucking them dry, using their essence to construct their dark edifice like spiders spinning webs.
